CAMBRIDGE FRESH POND DAY

This past weekend, Fermata Town entertained Cambridge locals at the annual Fresh Pond Day taking place right on the banks of Fresh Pond. The Townies put on a high-energy set that included the debut presentation of their newest song, a rendition of Settle Down originally performed by Kimbra. Families gathered around to watch, stopping to listen while enjoying the gorgeous 75 degree weather and other fun-filled activities put on by the city of Cambridge.

With a large contingent of children in the audience, some members of the group led a beat boxing discussion and workshop to help educate the crowd on some of the techniques used to reproduce the drumming sounds generated completely by the human mouth.

After the set was over, several members of the group headed over to Harvard Square to enjoy lunch in the park on the beautiful Saturday afternoon.
